Model VM70-25A offers high stability, high production efficiency, a modular platform design, and fast module replacement. With a five-axis design, it can meet the tufting requirements of various types of brushes.
The human–machine touch screen control system is flexible and easy to operate.
Equipped with 3 drilling heads and 2 tufting heads, it can produce a wide range of brushes.
Tufting method: round wire.
The system can pre-store up to 1,000 brush programs, and creating new programs is also very simple.
The needles, bristle knives, and all machine components are standardized in design, making replacement and maintenance very convenient.
Capable of producing brushes with 1–2 colors.
